I ordered a golf club from this Best Buy Golf Supply and returned it because I was dissatisfied with the club. On the company website they offer a full moneyback guarantee within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied with the product, which I was not. I called the company to ask for a return authorization and was told I did not need one.

I sent the club back to the company via UPS and have tracking information that the club was received by them well with the 30 days. I have never received a refund. It has been months and still not refund. All e-mail and internet correspondence was completely ignored. It is extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone. The company number usually just rings or goes to a mailbox that is full. I checked on Mapquest and company address is a residence.

I finally did get someone on the phone who promised my refund would be done that day. This was over a month ago and still no refund. I have had to dispute the charges with the credit card company and send proof that merchandise was returned to the company. This is still being investigated by the credit card company. In the meantime I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I still have not received a response from them. I also filed a consumer fraud complaint with the California Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission for Consumer fraud. What this company is doing is illegal!. It is consumer fraud to offer a moneyback refund and NEVER refund the consumers money after the merchandise has been returned. Do not do business with them under any circumstance!.

Their customer service is non-existant!.
I recently received a notice from the Attorney General office that said they are investigating the claim. I also received an e-mail notification from the Federal Trade Commission that states they will investigate the claim.

As a cautionery note to consumers, you should use a credit card, not a debit card to purchase online. If you ever have a dispute your credit card company will stand behind you on disputing charges from fraudulent companies such as this one. If you use a debit card or other purchasing method you may not be able to get your money back.

Let the buyer beware on this one!. If you are smart you will not order anything from this company. I hope this report helps someone make a better purchasing decision.

STOP! ..before you think about using the Better Business Bureau (BBB)... CLICK HERE to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled! It has been reported, when there are thousands of complaints and other investigations underway by authorities, the BBB has no choice but to finally give an UNsatisfactory rating to a BBB member business that is paying the BBB big membership fees every year. When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNsatisfactory rating, then reportedly shake down that company to become a member of the BBB. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving about consumer confidence when dealing with a business? Click here to understand more of what consumers and business alike are saying about the BBB. You decide. ..Remember. The BBB membership is not earned, its paid for!
