Ordered clubs in early Sept/late August. After hearing nothing after 10 days I started trying to contact them. No response to emails. One time I got an answering machine when I tried calling, other times no answer. I finally sent them an email at least one month ago (I have it saved on my home computer) cancelling the order. However, on Oct. 4 they charged my credit card $359. They have not credited my card. I have received no notifications from them, acknowledgements, etc. There is something very wrong here. I'll challenge the charge on my card so that shouldn't be a problem, but thought everyone should hear about this experience. A report filed with the BBS did nothing...

No, I did not receive the product. Shortly after I posted this, and my credit card was charged, I did receive notice from a shipper that an attempt was made to deliver the clubs. Since I had long ago sent the company notice that the order should be cancelled, I refused the order.

This company never answered the phone when I tried to call them, save for an occasional answering machine. Though I left a message, no calls were returned. I also never received a response to any of my emails.

Further, I never received an acknowledgment of the order being received or processed by them.

The reason I started contacting them in the first place was I couldn't tell if they even had the order. This is the only internet vendor I've ever dealt with that did not communicate anything to the customer. After repeated attempts with no response, I still wasn't sure if they had the order or not, and if they did there was something wrong.

I could have probably dealt with the two months time to get the product if they simply would have communicated with me.

I challenged the credit card charge and it was removed without any problems.
