Best Buy Golf supply ripoff Citrus Heights California
I ordered a set of golf clubs on october 20th of 2002. I was promised 3-7 day proccesing and paid extra for overnight delivery.
It is now november 14th and still nothing. Ive emailed a few times and have yet to get a responce. On the internet to my suprise found your website and saw all the complaints issued.
This upset me. I immedaitley called to cancel my order. I left a message as many people have done so i called my credit card.
I think i might be one of the lucky ones because my credit card has not been billed yet.
i called back and told them i called my credit card and even if they tried to process it would not go through.
I hope best buy golf supply decides to try a different venture because they dont know what they are doing with this!

We do apologize for the inconvenience. Most of the golf products in the US come from overseas and is imported into the US. US customs controls all products that come into the US and we do sometimes the products get delayed due to US customs. Once again we do apologize for any inconvenience.
