i ordred a specific golf club from this company because thr price was good and i wanted to have it when i went on a golf outing with my dad. i paid extra to have it shipped in 3 days. that was 3 weeks ago. i received an e-mail stating my merchandise was shipped out. i waited and waited and waited....and im still waiting.

i am 16 years old and work on the weekends in a bagel store and i saved my money to buy this club. its not right that they can get away with taking your money. i bought many other items on the net and never had a problem.

my mom called california information and they said there was no such company listed at that address.

when i called the machine made a funny tone and i could not leave a message. nobody answered the phone. finally after many trys i got someone named ken and he said he could not even find an order for me. then after several attempts he found it and said it was not ready thats why i havent received it as yet.

he said it was going to be shipped out within a couple of days. that was 6 days ago. i still havent heard anything.

these companies should be more monitored to protect consumers like myself. i gave up on e-mailing them because i get no response. all i want is my club. unfortunately i could'nt have it for my trip to montauk downs. but i paid for it and i want it.

i hope people see this report so they will not buy stuff from a company like that.i bought it on my moms debit card so i can not stop payment. these people should have to remove their website from the internet. i learned a valuable lesson from this.

All our products do come from overseas and are shipped into customs and then released by them. This sometimes takes longer than normal. Once again we do apologize.
