Where to begin... I placed my order on 3/29/06 with Best Buy Golf Supply. The shaft I wanted was advertised on their website for approximately $3 less than other sites. Since my ripoff began, I have contacted the other sites I saw the shaft on and they DID have their advertised product in stock.

Anyhow, I have sent 4 e-mail to the company. The first e-mail was replied to that they don't have it in stock. The remaining 3 e-mails have been unanswered. I have been trying to cancel my order as I do not want to buy the shaft from a "real business" and then a year later these jokers send me the shaft and charge me for it.

I have called repeatedly. I left a message that has been unanswered. Now, they do not even allow you to leave a message. They just have a recording.

They still require you to place your order over the internet even if you want to pay over the phone. Yet another tactic they use to avoid communication with the customer.

Well, I tried to exploit this by placing another order but choosing the Phone Order option so they are required to call me and talk to me. Just because someone is a criminal doesn't mean they aren't smart. They apparently have put two and two together because they are not calling me back to confirm my "new order" and to get the payment information (yeah right!).

I would avoid this company like the plague. I would avoid this company like I would avoid Courtney Love's "love" if you know what I mean. I would seriously rather listen to Yanni for 2 weeks straight in a black hole than tdeal with this company again. I do not know how they are allowed to keep this business open.

Sir, We are only a distributor for the manufactuers if they are back ordered on a item we apologize for them. We feel we did are part you ordered a item with us and we shipped as soon as we receive it from the manufacturer.
