Best Buy Golf Supply ripoff Internet
On August 25th 2002 I placed an internet order with Best Buy Golf supply for a 9wood and an 11 wood turbo power steel golf clubs. I received an email order confirmation stating they recieved my order. The cost was $76.00 and because I was anxious to get my order I paid an extra $ 46.90 for shipping. It is now September 16 2002 this company which guarantees stress free shipping and 3 to seven day delivery has not contacted me by email as promised with a tracking number. They do not answer the phone and have not responded to my email request for someone to contact me. I have noticed that I am not the only one who is complaining about this company unfortunately I found these reviews after ordering these clubs.
I writing this because this kind of unethical and unprofessional business should not be allowed to get away with this. Be for warned the only guarantee this company can make is that they'll rip you off and then hide behind a fortress of unanswered emails and phone calls. DON"T BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY BEST BUY GOLF IS BEST AVOIDED!!!!

Dear Gary, We sincerely do apologize for any inconvenience. We do have a very large demand for our products. At the time of your order we were currently out of stock on that product. All our products come from overseas on a ship and arrive into the West Coast ports. After they arrive then they get released from Customs. Due to the terrorism it was taking a bit longer than normal to get the products released because they were going through every box that had metal in it. If we can do anything to help remedy this please feel free to contact us.
