I ordered a club and a bag on Friday August 13th. I cancelled the bag the following monday with an email since they did not answer their phone.

Nearly a month later I tried again and again and eventually got a person on the phone by calling sales instead of customer service. I was told the grip was on back order and a replacement would be used and the club would ship the next day.

Approximately a month after that I tried again, eventually talking to a person who said they had been waiting for a letter from Taylormade that would clear the copyright infringement. They stated they got that letter and the club would ship "soon".

Approximately a month after that I tried calling, eventually talking to a person who said the club actually shipped the day before and I would see it in about a week and a half.

Two weeks later I tried again, eventually getting through to a person who said they'd have to go find the order and would call me back in 15 minutes.

Today I called twice and the phone rang with no voicemail or answer. I called from a different number and got a woman named Sarah who transferred me to someone who's name I did not catch. He informed me they had no record of my order after repeatedly interrupting me when I tried to explain the history of my order. I told him I'd fax him the confirmation I was holding but the fax will not go through.

I find it odd that Ken, or whoever answers these complaints has the time to respond to them but does not have the time to provide customer service through his own website and telephone.
