Went to Best Buy to purchase high end appliances.  Had to call the store about 11 times to see when products were going to be delivered. After many attemps finally products delivered. A 30,000 pound truck whas used and cracked my driveway.  The arm was broken on automatic gate opener because truck got stuck on gate. Now I'm having a problem getting someone to call back and to let me know who is going to be paying for damages.
