Best Buy new computer optimization consumer rip-off fraud Belair Maryland
Purchased a new computer in April 2003 and was sold an optimization for 19.99 to quote "install the new winxp service pack" and to speed up the system.
This was sold to me by the Computer sales man and the Tech.
Bottom line ALL NEW PC'S coming with winxp already have the service pack installed!!!! and have been for months.
How many thousands of cust have been ripped off since Jan 2003 on this scam???????
