CONTRACT INFRINGEMENT
I have been a Best Buy customer since 5 years ago when I came to the U.S. Now, as a permanent resident, I continue trusting Best Buy and recommended it, until now.

I signed a contract for 4 years of warranty for my digital camera and I made use of it for its very first time on 3/28/06. The image was flickering so, the geek squad send it over the repair center. The camera came back, still flickering, and with an extra problem. Besides omitting to repair the flickering, the service center send it back with the battery latch damaged. I asked to get a replacement and the manager in charge; Troy (BestBuy St. Cloud, MN) read the "lemon policy" o the contract to me. They send back and the camera was returned, not only unfixed, but also with a big scratch on the preview screen. I decided not to complain hard as the manager promised that' as the lemon policy said, if the camera returns broken for a third time, I'd get a new one.

I just came from BestBuy and guess what; the camera is broken, and came with an extra problem. It does not recognize the photo commands.

The contract I signed is clear, and it was clearly explained to me when I bought it.

Why Best Buy is not standing before its contract agreements?

I requested to talked with a Best Buy manager and they refuse to let me do so.

Best buy is infringing a legal contract, and I wonder how many other customers are going through this same situation. I just want my camera to be replaced and it seems that best buy is doing its best to deny my right as per the contract "we" signed.

I would appreciate your comments in regards to this issue.
