I had a year old Hewlett- Packard PC that I didn't have time to tinker with myself after it broke. So I figured I would give Geek Squad a try. After taking a week to get back to me, they said they had no idea what was wrong with the system. I paid my $60 service fee (could have been worse) but then when I went home, the d**n thing wouldn't even turn on anymore! When I opened up the machine I found that most of the screws securing the various parts including the power switch were completely missing. Its literally as if I paid for them to break it even more!
