On Aug. 31st I gave them my laptop for repair. I have a 3yr. service plan. They gave me a return date.

First of all:
They lied and when the date passed they gave me a bunch of excuses. When I asked where it was and what was the statis I got shifted through about 10 different people with no help resulting.

Secondly:
11 days later I finally got to speak to some who finally told me my laptop was being sent to me. I spent an hour on the phone to get this information. Yesterday I got the laptop back and it had a dead battery.

Furthermore:
I gave them the charger with the laptop and I didn't get the charger back. Funny thing is that I gave them the charger when I turn it in. I was told after spending another hour on the phone, that I would get a charger. Now I have a laptop that does not work and I spent almost $1500 for this thing. I e-mail best buy and toshiba and no one has gotten back to me. What can I do caues I am p**sed off and feel like busting someone's *** right now. I wish I could get my dam money back and would never do business with those a--holes again.
