I brought a perfectly fine working computer into my local best buy store for some memory upgrades. After 2 months and many hours and trips back and forth to the store, and 2 letters to the better business bureau.

My computer is still not working. I contacted the main office for Best Buy and the wrote a "sucks to be you letter" They said they were very sorry. Even though they asked their Manager to contact me and they know for a fact he hasn't they can't do anything about it.

The best buy store tells me to return the computer again and they will try to figure out what they did wrong but every time I do it comes back with new problems. They have made 5 attempts to fix the problem and still it is not working right.
