Complaint Review: Best Buy

i bought nero software at best buy. it was on sale. i got home and decided i didn't need it. so i took it back to best buy with receipt and tryed to get my money back. they told me no that it had been open. i did not open it in any way. said well we can't take it back. i was mad. i said ok how about instore credit or exchange it for something else. they said no. so i suggust never to buy anything at best buy unless you want to be riped off.
