BEST BUY ripoff consumer rip-off fraud St Cloud Minnesota
We Bought A 37 inch TV in Feb 2002 At best Buy In St Cloud MN.
We also Bought the addional Insuarnce that they sell in the store for 200.00 for 4 years. In Oct 2002 our TV have a White line at the Top of the screen, So we call the Best buy and They gave us number to call and We called them and they said they will call us back, 2 days later pass finally got a call and they said we was out of the radial area to send repair person.
But Best buy Brought our TV to the house. And as of today Dec 3 2002 Still haven't heard from them yet. We live 15 min from Best Buy and Best Buy will not take The TV back! So We got Scan on buying the insuarnce and never getting our TV fix.
