Complaint Review: Best Buy

Best Buy credit department ripped me off for $29 in late fees. I received my last statement on December 18th when the payment was due December 15th. When contacted, they would do nothing at all. So much for that free financing they advertise. Needless to say, I paid my balance in full and cancelled the account. With two college students, I regularly spend $3000 per year with them. Not any more.
