Complaint Review: best buy

more than one bad experience! 1999 we bought a printer we were suppose to get a 50.00 rebate i sent the up # ,copy of receipt,and filled out the rebate form I never did get my rebate Best Buy didnt know what to tell me. Later we bought a router it said on the box 40.00 the manager argued with me told me i put the sticker on the box! told me to take it for 50.00 and made me sighn a paper.what a rotten person i would never steal!! I bought a 8mm camcorder i took it back 3 times same problem they refuse with a warranty to replace the 700.00 camera. there was a phone taken back that did not work correctly there was a phone number on the back of the phone so it wAS called to find out best buy resold the messed up phone at full price to someone else!!!!!!!!!!!!1dont shop best buy in southgate mi.
