Best Buy Ripoff In Home Repair sent out repairman that made computer worse now they say ordering parts Kansas City Missouri

When I bought my computer from "Best Buy" I also bought an "in-home" service contract for it for three years. On the 10th of May, I called for service for my Medion, M3Director4000. It was overheating and crashing constatntly. Best Buy said that the CPU, fan and DVD drive were broken. On the 18th, a repairman showed up, and now the computer won't do anything. Best Buy has said for three weeks now that they have the parts "on order". We called today and they gave the same "parts on order" excuse. I feel like Best Buy is going to wait for the agreement to end so they won't have to honor it! I asked the store manager in Lee's Summit, Missouri to "trade out" for a comparable priced computer and he refused. BOOOO on Best Buy and their "Service Contracts" WHata RIppp!
