A bought a cell phone from best buy for a $150 of which I was entittled to a complete refund of $ 150. First, I mailed my rebate form and the reciept. In january 23/03 I recieved a letter from best buy rebate center requesting me to resubmit all of the original documents plus include the barcode and I did it the same day, of which they had told me if I do that I should be gettting my rebate in less than 21 days.

Actually, I faxed them. After I waited for about a month or so they told me that they did not recieve the fax of which they did and so they wanted me to refax again. After we had a long argument on the phone I told them I will.

when I found my documents and I was ready to resubmit them,I called again, the guy who answered the phone after he looked on my information the first thing he told me was, " I see we recieved your fax on 01/28/03."

that convinced me that they did recieve my fax which they was trying to deny. My point is my fax got there on time and I don't see any reason for them to deny me a rebate on the basis that my fax was late. Everytime I pose this question to them they won't answer me.
I feel like they deserve to give send me a rebate and probably compensate me for the time I've wasted calling them.
