Best Buy ripoff: promised a 10% store coupon first time reward zone card used. Minneapolis Minnesota
I received a rewardzone card from Best Buy, promising 5,000 points, a point for every dollar spent, a welcome kit and a 10% store coupon on my first purchase. (Feb. 25 2003)
It took almost 10 months of badgering to get my bonus points and the points for my purchases.
I never received my welcome kit or the 10% store coupon.($95.59)as promised on the card in 2 to 3 weeks by mail
Even though the card came from rewardzone they told me it was up to the store to send the coupon. The store told me that it was up to rewardzone to send the coupon.
No one wants to take responsibility
It looks like a convenient way to get out of their promise.
