Best Buy ripoff will not deliver Whirlpool Duet Dryer as ordered or provide service even with extended warrenty Columbus Ohio
We purchased a Whirlpool Duet Washer & Dryer with 5 yr extended warranty. When delivered door did not swing as ordered. Repair was called came out, said hold door shut (yes this is a new $800 dryer), would get parts, never heard back. Called service again promised svc person would have part. They did not.
Contact Best Buy again, sorry, you can order the part and pay for it and we will put it on.
Unbelieveable... Never Ever go to Best Buy. Hope they enjoy the $5000 I spent there last year... It will be the last!!

See people call it best buy i call it best lies because they lie and screw you everytime, thats why i quit because of horribly bad practices involved with customers. i work at hhgregg now where your are served with respect that you deserve, see if u can return the duets to best buy and u can purchase them from me and we also give you a gift certificate for your troubles.
