Complaint Review: Best Buy-Store #854

Best Buy on Lake Forest Dr in Irvine, CA knowingly sells defective merchandise and the scams people for a 15% "restocking" fee if you don't return it within 14 days. I bought a digital camera and gave it to someone as a gift. They notified me 2 weeks later that it wasn't working. I returned it and was shocked by the hostile nature of the management in that particular store. They told me they've had alot of problems with that brand of camera but still marketed it any way and would not give me credit for an exchange to a better brand camera without clipping me for the 15% fee. I'm boycotting this Best Buy as are my friends and office mates here in town.
