Let me start by saying that if i get another gift card from this "con store" for next x-mas i will sell on ebay or use it "but with causion"

now i have compliant and comliant about this store in general since it open and you know what the problem is still there .now where do i begin

in 2006 i got a $25 gift card for BB from my sister for christmas "i dont know why she know i hate this company"

"i going to give you the short version"

anyway i bought something from bestbuy.com sale and after the place the order they "i ask them can i throw the card away"the BB customer service say >yes
so i threw the card away and i got the order in about less a week, and after a few day is stop working

this is where the store lied to me. they quote told that when i return this item that i receive a electronic gift card number that of the amount that i bought for which is was a big lied and false statement

now i call the store if you have a problem and you call this store and you want to speak to a manager or CS of best buy
1.the phone will be keep ringing
2.and if you get threw CS they will hang up

now this is not an isolated incident but after 20 call that right "20 CALL" to find out about where my gift card and when i get to an operator guess what my call is outsource to india call center now i dont know where to begin with this can of bean

well each person that i spoke to well ether they have no english or they have a heavy accent that i cannot understand one word what they are saying so on my 20th i spoke to the opeator and they transfer me to a call center to india

and i have no choice but you know what they told me after 20 to 40 min of nothing turn into something that i going to receive between jan 8 - jan 12

so when the 12th i brough the mail in and NOTHING so i call and call and got nothing but you know what the package for my replacement card was here but is was under my mom name . my mom didnt order i did !

and i got what i need from that curses store

I don't even know where to begin on this complaint? Is this a joke?

You complain about being sent to a call center in India because they can't speak english, but your spelling and writing is atrocious. This has to be a joke, because who on earth would wait on hold with a company, to ask if you can throw a gift card away?

At least mention the product you bought, and what was wrong with it. Or explain why you would call a store on an online order, when they have customer service numbers.

At the end of the story I dont even know what resolution you were looking for? Did you get a giftcard or return the product?

P.S. they were definately racist NOT.
