I bought the Steam Buddy as a Christmas present for my son in October when I was buying another item at Best Buys.  Again Christmas present.  We found out the Steam Buddy is worthless a couple of days after Christmas when he tried steaming his shirt for work. I finally found time to return it to the store I bought it from as my dad has been in ill health and I'm trying to visit him as often as possible.  Since I bought it in October and they no longer stock the item, Best Buys will not accept the return after 30 days.  Once it's been deleted from their system, your are out of luck. If I had bought it in early December, they'd give me back my money.  I stated it was a Christmas present and it hasn't been one month. "Sorry, we can't help you!"  I've spent thousands of dollars at Best Buys buying desktop computers, laptop computers, digital cameras, camcorder, movies and cd and they can't return my $20.  Shame on them!  I'll definitely have to think twice where I buy anything again.  It's going to cost them more than the $20!
