Best carpet cleaning is not the best carpet cleaning company. There were many spots and stains still in the carpet. When i realized this i called them immediately and they said they would be happy to come back and clean the spots again. But i was informed that in the meantime i should spray spot remover on the spots and scrub them myself. Im thinking thats what im paying you guys to do. So when they came back one of the guys was plain rude and acted like he just couldnt see any of the spots.
Well needless to say most of the spots were worse when they left. They were supposed to clean my rental property also but ran outta the house so fast when they realized they i wasnt very satisfied. I ended up going with kustom klean carpet cleaning and he did an amazing job! The floors there were worse then mine and they were so spotless. All the stains and spots were gone! He informed me that the other cleaners just used a shampoo that yes i did get ripped off and they were running out of my house so they could get to the bank before i cancelled that check. Everyone just Beware of Best Carpet cleaning....because they are far from the BEST!
