Complaint Review: Best Chemical

Intered into contract 4/16/02 for one year of Complete lawn fertilization, shrub fertilization, tree fertilization, deep root fertilization.
After 60 days grass shows no inprovement, called them back numerious times, each with no positive results
Requested cancellation of service and refund of fees as per their contract,7/29/02, 9/6/02, 10/7/02, have had no responce. Every call has been to a machine, never a human.
It is very apprent that the chemicals they used were so watered down that the results were negitive.
How do you deep root feed trees by spraying chemicals on top of the ground, and in this case , useless chemocals.
