Best Choice Products found a way to steal my money by not giving me a refund.

I looked for an ice machine from ebay on May 28, 2009, luckily I found one that looked good from Best Choice. I ordered it for $274.00 and it arrived to our facility on 6/15/09. When the person who requested it informed me that the item was not compliant with our policies, we had to return it. and thats when it started...

We called the company on 6/18/09 for a return number and everything seemed to be going well. We shipped the item fedex overnight with tracking #846847127779. The item arrived at Best Choice facility so we had someone follow up the refund. The rep, Jessica said that the refund will be in the account the next day. To no avail, we did not see the money. We have been calling the company every week eversince, we have spoken to Jessica and Natalie and both seem to not remember anything.

Today would be 3 months and 13days... still no sign of the refund. We called to follow up and spoke to a lady named Marfiel and she stated that they had no records whatsoever.. So i provided all our information and guess what? My favorite sentence from them: We''ll give you a call.

What is this company doing? Why are they still even in business? With companies like Best Choice Products running around ebay.. how can we trust online sellers?
