They took my order info (& credit card info) online, immediately charged my credit card for the full amount and emailed an order confirmation. Then I never heard from them again.
I have filled out their status request form 4 times, sent emails 3 times, and left 1 voice mail (once I finally got to their voice mail) and still have not heard anything. It's a fraud, don't use them.
