Complaint Review: BEST DEALS IN APPLIANCES ELECTRONICS AND A/C LLC

The technician, Ramone, refused to enter the neighborhood which is a secure neighborhood because he had to enter through the manned security gate to have his license checked.  He tried to illegally enter through another gate and refused to enter the neighborhood in the legal manor. 

Upon discussions with Ramone and relaying this to him, he refused service and said we had to reschedule.  Our neighborhood does not allow unlicensed vehicles into the neighborhood and they review license information.  Likely the reason Ramone did not want to enter the neighborhood.  Canceled service and called another company after no answer or response from the office.
