False advertising, lies and nitemares. Back in May my close friend was looking into luxuary detox and rehab centers. BDR contacted her saying they have private rooms great fitness room and a 6 times success rate compare to other rehab facilities. They also told her to stay quite to the courts and her attoriny they would send a letter once there.

Once she got her insurance started on the first of June they had her a flight booked to Detroit and somehow had insurance supposedly waive the 3600 deductable. Once we got her on the flight she flew to Detroit to meet a driver to take her to detox in Battlecreek MI. Over an hour and half from the airport.

First thing they where suppose to do when she got there was send the letter to her attoriny and courts. That didn't happen. She only gave me as a contact because she didn't trust many people. She got there on the 2nd and I had no contact with her or an update from the staff. This is all new to me not ever dealing with a rehab facility. I called David on the 4th and got info to where she was at that point. He then gave me the number to where she was so I could get updates.

I called detox where she was and they acted happy to hear from me because she supposedly gave them the wrong number( which is difficult to believe since my number is so simple) They told me she was doing fine and she was detoxing meaning she couldn't have contact with anyone on the outside. The next day the nurse called and told me they took her to the er and they were admitting her and I could talk to her once they had her admitted. When I called her room later that day she told me how they had all the ladies in a ward setting with bunkbeds.

After talking with her for a little bit and hearing what was going on in the first week9which was the false advertizing.) I talked to some friends and family fighting to go get here because she was in middle of detoxing and according to ones I talked to it was supposedly normal for her to look for ways out. I talked with her the next day and she was more adamitted on me picking her up. I fought my feelings of getting her because I also talked to staff on situation and got reasurred(lied to) this was a normal thing. Supposedly according to staff they had her addmitted to hospital because she wouldn't talk to anyone. That was another lie. She was dehydated because she hadn't been drinking.

On Saturday I talked with her and she was even more insistant on coming home. I promised her i would leave at midnite to head to get her, After talking with her I then called the detox to find out how to handle the sitution. Believing the supposed professionals on how to handle it. They were no help. Then i called David who was the one I had as contact on Sunday and he acted insensitive to my concerns. I finally got him to act like he gave a darn and call her at hospital and find out how she felt. He called me back and said she was feeling ok and was going give it a chance.

On the 11th I called her lawyer to make sure the facility sent the letter they were suppose to send the 2nd when she arrived. They didn't. I got chewed out by the lawyer and called David on it. The onlynthing they did to show any concern for her was sent a letter to lawyers fax that day.

The detox gave me no calls on updates of her when she got released from the hospital like they said they would call at least every few days. She finally called me from the rehab facility on the 16th really parinoid on the rehab facility which was rooming 6 to 8 girls a room not 1 or 2. As we talked about me coming to get her or not we had few beeps we both heard and she then got dissconected when we were talking when i could come get her. I tried calling number back but those phones wouldnt accept calls. I then saw voice from her saying she would call next day.

Next day I'm waiting to hear from her when she text me she was on her way to airport, I picked her up from airport at midnite and she told me how fake this place is. Jason told her she could hangout in his office and he would pass her 12 step program. He would buy her a bed to stay which would got her jumped for special treatment.

The worst part is each nite she had nitemares each nite about the facility which shows how messed up this facility is on their rehab program. They are all about collecting insurance money instead of their clients. Research any place from now on and don't trust someone you haven;t even met
