As a previous registered nurse that worked there for over a year.... DO NOT GO HERE! There is so much illegal and immoral activity behind closed doors it is ridiculous. As a nurse I was told by my supervisor, the Director of Nursing, that if a patient comes to me with a concern or emotional issues that I need to shut them down right away and tell them I'm not a counselor then set them up to see their counselor.. (news flash, the counselors aren't there 24 hours a day 7 days a week). It was extremely disappointing that I was basically told to just be a nurse that pushes medications, instead of assessing the patient as a whole patient which means their mental state, emotional state, and physical state. Due to the fact that I did not abide by these silly rules and form into their scientology ways I suddenly and mysteriously got blamed for things that never happened.
Strange right? Numerous times it was evident that staff played favorites by bring food/drinks/and others goodies in for the patients they liked, but if you're they font like then watch out because no matter what you do, it's going to be wrong and you will be in trouble. Also when I worked there they had a "punishment" called "woodpile" if a patient got in trouble they had to carry a log up and down a hill a certain number of times. Then if a patient got caught swearing they would be made to write a paper (an entire page worth from what I understood) about why they will not swear anymore. I could go on and on, but the moral of the story is please, please do your research on scientology and just go somewhere else.

By your own admission YOU are JUST a nurse. Im NOT discounting YOUR job but face it, YOU are NOT trained as a mental health expert. This is WHY you are instructed to pass them to a councellor who IS trained. As for "punishment", what do you expect them to do? Lock someone up until they learn NOT to swear? I mean writting out a paper or ESSAY as to why they shouldnt swear seems to be a MORE constructive way to teach MANNERS AND BOUNDRIES!!!! Perhaps YOU are used to speaking like a sailor, but our society looks down on those that can ONLY use expletives to speak. Carrying a log up and down a hill is NOT cruel or inhuman punishment.
YOU say there are "Immoral" actions behind closed doors, then PROVE IT!!! Otherwise YOU just sound like someone who got FIRED and is NOW seeking to cause an ex employer harm because YOU think its unfair YOU got fired. 99% of the time this is the case. SO while YOU THINK youre being some form of whistleblower, the REALITY is that YOU participated in those "immoral" acts YOURSELF!!! And YOU supported it as long as YOU had a job.
IF there were ANYTHING going on YOU KNOW who you have to contact to address those allegations. Since YOU havent done this then it can be safely assumed that what YOU are posting is a load of crap. Designed ONLY to cause harm to thier business, which makes what YOU are doing a actionable event. As such YOU can be sued for ANY loss of income THEY experience since YOU posted. While Im sure YOU feel justified in YOUR actions the reality is that YOU are just as much of a victimizer as the people YOU are complaining about.
