Complaint Review: Best Emblem - DME Industries - Topper - Eveready Embroidery

Company owes workers wages. refuses emails, phone calls, registered letters. They are now out of business. tried to file complaint with labor board however the company is in NJ I am in NC. They were paid for large military orders palced by a PX. I was to be paid sales commissions from that money. VP moved to Kentucky, Owners are elderly. I fell betrayed. I worked very hard for the company, the always were late in paying, then they stopped altogether, no pay for 4 months, only reason I let it go on for that lon was they held back a month, and always made promises orexcuses as to whne I could expect the pay. Yes many will say why did I stay , without getting paid. well I love the work & was made promises, other sales reps are owed 6 to 8 moths in commissions from the same company it was a military contract and we had no reason to believe the conpany didnt have the money, as sales reps we knew the volume of the orders being placed.
