You will see lierally hundreds of complaints about their horrible service across the web. Beware - they are all correct. Don't do business with them under any circumstances. They use Alexander Carpet Carpet as one of their contractors. They are part of the same scam. I think the only good reviews they get are from their friends and I have seen they=m use other's email addresses to respond to their customer's complaind by telling them to F-off. Real class.
