Complaint Review: BEST KEPT SECRET PARKING

We parked at this location for 2 weeks when we were flying to Brazil from JFK Airport. When we came back we waited for more than an hour to be picked up from the Airport passenger pick-up area. But it was only a beginning!!! When the owner finally picked us up and brought to the Restaurant location at 147-07 Guy R. Brewer Blvd, we found out that our car was parked on the street the day before and both licence plates were stolen. We had to call police and file a theft report, that took another 2 hours of waiting. Then we had to drive to New Jersey without plates and then go to New Jersey Motor vehicle Dept. the next day to replace the plates.

This experience was horrible and I would never use this "company" again! Nore would I recommend this "company" to anyone!
