Stay far, far away from this company.    They all have alias names, like "star" and "eric" and their emails all come from a ficticious colleague by the name of "chris".   They quoted me based wieght for items on my list, and never sent anyone over to check out my items and provide final quote.

The movers showed up and repacked my items in bigger boxes and did not inform me of the cost associated with these items.  Once my items were on the truck, I was told that "I need to stand up for this, and I need you over here".......my 925 estimate was hiked up to 3500, and was manipulated into signing a binding estimate based on cubic feet because, "It is gonna cost you way more than this if we weigh your things".   In shock and no where to go, my things were on thier truck, I signed several documents under duress and the driver took off without giving me copies.

I contacted my "consultant" who dodged my calls, and left several messages asking for copies of the documents signed at pickup, and was ignored.   The driver charged 1800 on my credit cards and required another 1500 in cash at delivery.

No one ever returned my calls regarding the documents signed.   The day of delivery, California to Oregon, my driver, immediately, wracked up fictitious additional feet from the back of the truck to my storage unit, to the tune of $240 in additon to the 1500 cash they just collected.  I talked with the owner, and he said the cost is up to the driver, and the driver demanded that I "go to your atm and get me cash before I move your items."

This was after he made reference to my being f***ed and asked to come over to my place for a hot shower and a meal.  Quid pro quo.  And the sheer excitement when I asked him to "throw me a bone".

weeks after, I asked not once, not twice but several times for the original documentation and was evaded.   I finally got the forms, after a week of back and fourth with the "operations manager" via a hotmail account.

The saga continues.....
