Ordered medication for my husband because they wouldn't take Mastercare which is my husbands credit care from Best-Medz.com on 03/25/07. They charged my credit card immediately for $205. Received confirmation number on 03/25/07 that order had been approved. They gave me an order number #884989. Said would receive in 10-14 days by registered air mail.

Received email on 03/28/07 saying my order had been shipped by registered air mail and would receive in 14-17 business days. This was signed by Rebecca Taylor, customer service representative.

On 04/09/07, I emailed them asking for tracking number so I could see where order was. They responded with a canned response saying they would get back with me within 48 hours.Same email from them on 04/21/07.

On 04/26/07, they emailed me and said, "I am sorry that you did not receive your order. Our records show that it was shipped on 03/28/2007.

We are currently running an investigation to find out what happened to your shipment. At the same time, in order to lessen your inconvenience we are reshipping your order at no extra charge. Your re-shipment will be sent out to you within the next 2 days." This was signed by Rebecca Taylor, customer service rep.

On 04/29/07, they emailed me saying my order had been approved and shipped. The shipping address was sent to Alaska instead of Oklahoma.

On 04/30/07 they emailed me saying, "In regards to order number 884989, we would like to thank you for relying on us for service.

Due to technical difficulties our response was considerably delayed and for this we sincerely apologize. According to our records your order was supposed to reach you up until the 04/24/2007."

I called them on 05/01/07 and they said they would resend the full order but if I would pay $35, this would be sent registered mail and have a tracking number. I said ok.

They sent me the tracking number and the site to track it. The USPS site said "no such number".

On 05/06/07, they emailed me and said, "In regards to order number 884989, we would like to thank you for relying on us for service.

Due to technical difficulties our response was considerably delayed and for this we sincerely apologize. According to our records your order was supposed to reach you up until the 05/25/2007.

According to our records your order has been sent on 04/30/2007 and is supposed to reach you until 05/25/2007 Just to remind you the delivery takes 14-24 working days that do not include holidays and weekends. We are confident that the delivery will reach you on time and in good condition."

On 05/12/07, I received 5 emails, each with a different return address saying the same canned response, "We will get back with you."

This is probably my fault for doing business over the internet without checking them out. I even talked to a real live person on their web site who assured me my husband's medication was on it's way.

I am thoroughly disgusted with them & want some sort of compensation for all the stress and time they have put me through
to no avail!!

Barbara, Unfortunately, you are not alone. I got my meds but it was not even "real" medication. So you are screwed either way!

We get most of our Rx by mail

We use a site recommended by the company from which I retired. [I would give their name but RoR would probably remove it.]

We have a web page there where I can manage out precsriptions and order 90-day refills, and they have our CC so billing is automatic. In 4 years I have had two problems but both were cleared up with minimal delays. Their mbm (or is it a mhs?) website is extensive and comprehensive, and it allows you to price drugs before you order.
