Best Pet Warehouse-Hangping Liu,Pet Stroller Wholesaler I communicated with the seller by email on ebay email and yahoo email stating I had updated my address on paypal and ebay and the shipping was still showing wrong they emailed me back saying ok and they still shipped my package to another State and nothing is being done and paypal wont cover it either I had even spoke with paypal before submitting my money to seller and paypal said it was updated On Ebay internet
What can I do about a ebay purchase for 69.88 for a dog crate that I needed fast for a service dog. I moved from WV to NC I updated my info on ebay and paypal and even called paypal may 22 they said my address was updated it was showing updated but when I placed the purchase,it showed old WV shipping address so I canceled that order and waited until May 28th to resend the payment with another payment option and it to said old shipping address but my account on paypal said NC as updated I had already notified the seller starting May 22 that I was having problems with Paypal shipping updating and sent several emails to not send to that address and the seller replied to my emails but sent to old address anyway ...so I disputed this on paypal after fedex stated they left the package on the porch of the WV address and stated the seller had to stop or resend the package they wouldnt do it for me and paypal should have covered this item in the dispute but stated that since the seller sent it to the shipping address stated the dispute was closed and they stated they didnt have on file what i was told on the phone May 22 so it seems I am out my money what can I do anybody know?

it is paypal's policy for the ebay seller to ship to the address buyer provide to paypal, that is exactly what we did, we did whatever we suppose to do, ship out immediately to the buyer when we get the payment. Buyer is responsible to make sure the shipping address she put on paypal is correct address.
