Best Poker Program ripoff, decpetive product description, failure to refund money Internet
This internet merchant is a scam! This company claims to have a "program" that helps you win in online poker. There are screenshots showing a software program working on a poker site that shows you your opponents cards and what cards will be dealt by the dealer ahead of time. Looks to good to be true doesn't it? Well it is!! I sent best poker program $49.95 to purchase what I believed was software to win easily playing poker. Instead I received an ebook explaining some system for an unnamed poker site that will never work. Heck, the ebook is only 5 pages long for almost $50!!! I immediately asked for a refund and was denied. I was told to wait 10 days and if you still don't like my product to send another email and received a refund. I waiting 10 days, sent another email, and now I am being told that I need to show proof that I tried this product for 10 days and only then will I receive a refund. Now I am out $49.95 and with nowhere else to turn. I filed a complaint with PayPal and the complaint was denied since I purchased the product through a website other than ebay. Please help!!!
