We tried to order:Canon Rebel XTi w/ 1GB Memory Promo Package #1 w/Free Shipping. The offer stated that an upgrade to Express Shipping was included with any package purchase. When we placed the order express shipping was not offered. The rep said that unless we purchased an additional battery delivery was in 4-6 weeks from CHINA.
The rep was vey insulting and said strange things about being happy he was not a Christian and hating Christmas. These comments were unprevoked and uncalled for (we are not Christians either).
