Complaint Review: Best Price Caskets

I would not recommend this company by any stretch of the imagination!!!!! They delivered the WRONG casket!!!! They said they would replace it but my mother was to be laid out the next day, there was no time! . I was obviously very upset and there was no compassion. I was cursed at over the phone and they did not even make any type of compensation. Shame on this company! We intentionally picked out a casket that would have signified wonderful and emotion memories, We didn't get the one we ordered!!!! They admitted to their mistake but at that point there was no time to change it.

Due to my deep sorrow and mourning it has taken me almost a year to address this as a review. In addition to the tremendous loss of a loved one no one should have to deal with such unprofessionalism at such a trying time!!! Shame on them!
