THIS COMPANY IS BAD !!!! we hired them for a long state to state cross counrty move from Minnesota to Oregon.
We had them pick up household boxes & funiture april25th , It's now may 12th the day it should have been delievered . No truck in sight yet!
I have called everyday. different story when , it should be here , 1st thursday the 10th, no truck, then truck company called monday or tuesday , we'll see , but got call saying wensday or friday . I called company customer service called today & said she would call me with more details on monday . The cost has gone from 2300.00 dollars to over 3610.00, are you kidding !
Now because it's late they say we will be compensaded ? now if we wern't staying with relatives , we would be sitting in a empty house ! They low balled our esimate & jacked up the price . after we made deposits & they had all our stuff! no way to get out of it! said that we could go to the weigh station to see the weight before our stuff went on the truck with 3 other orders , but the said no . so we don't now if we are being charged right , because we are charged by our weight of our stuff alone . bad situation from broker to transporter to warehose to our house !Some day . I hope !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
