Best Price Photo fraud, poor customer service, no merchandise recieved New York new york

Should have checked the reviews before ordering from best price photo. The prices seemed just barely cheaper than most other stores and the website looked legit at first. I ordered $300 lumix camera from them. I shortly after recieved a call saying they needed to confirm my order and they basically just tried to sell me more batteries. I shortly after recieved an email saying my order would be shipped within 48 hours. 13 days later no camera and i fnally checked Yelp reviews. 

 

After realizing I dont want to deal with this "company" I emailed them to cancel my order immediately. No response. I then would call the phone number provided many times, the man that answered would immediately put me on hold forever and was trying to avoid talking to me. Clearly I couldnt even tell him to cancel my order before he put me on hold. 

 

14 days after my order I did a disputed charge claim with my bank and I hope to get it resolved. Do NOT do business with these people, not sure if it is just a insanely poorly run company or just straight up scam. I will definitely be monitoring my account for suspicious activity after this mess.
