Complaint Review: Best Rate Shipping

Best Rate Shipping offered a rate to ship my car across country that seemed to good to be true. But then I signed a contract, so I felt safe. I gave them a deposit.

The first warning sign was when they tried to take more money out of my bank account. The second was when weeks went by without my car, despite their promises.

Then, the car showed up and the driver said he needed an additional $450 from what I was told I owed him, in cash, right then, or he would take the car back and I would be responsible for both ways.

Both of us tried to contact Dustin Anderson at Best Rate shipping. He had answered most of my calls before. We couldn't get through to him or anyone at the company. For weeks, I tried contacting him through phone and email, to no avail. I even used another number to contact him. He answered! Then hung up on me when he realized who was calling. 

I have done significant research on Dustin, his partners, and his company. It has had several names in a few years, including Auto Shipping Today and Transport King and Logistics. There are dozens of complains against him. I'm filing complaints at all levels of government. It won't be long until he is out of business!
