My son received a Tattoo a this shop in June and was promised at the time in my and my husbands presence to be able to return to have the work touched up at no additional cost at his convenience. We called several times and left multiple messages to no avail. We finally were able to schedule an appointment with a female employee for my son on 9/30/2010. When my son called to confirm hours prior he was told he had no appointment the employee who did his tattoo Danny was aggressive and rude to my son who is 17 and then was even more aggressive and angry with me. He sited personal problems as his reason tried to put us off for another full week and would not give us a set appointment. He ultimately ended up hanging up on me and refusing to honor the original agreement.

I have tried several times to contact the owner Mr. Johnson to no avail, we paid over 350.00 for the tattoo with the express agreement that touch/ fill in work was to follow at no cost, and at anytime. I am very unhappy and disapointed that they would take advantage of a minor child in this way.
