These people are horrible. They will rip you off by overcharging you for packing and materials, and purposely move slow. They made me a quote and then charged me over 3 times the amopunt that they quoted. They tried to hold my belonging hostage until I gave them cash. They are operating now under an aka of Metro Van Lines, because Best Time Movers has so many complaints and has a horrible BBB reliability report. I urge you to avoid doing business with Metro Van Lines in the Washington, DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia areas or with Best Time Movers thier alias.

I am considering a class action law suit. I believe we need at least 3 plantiffs would interested in this? You may be oustide the time frame though.
