Complaint Review: Best Vacation Ever

In January 2013 I was sold a vacation package by a Best Vacation Ever represenative at the age of twenty five for three hundred dollars. In which, in fact, I did not meet the requirements for the package orientations or tours because of my age. I did not know that until after the fact. When I contacted them the first time to let them during the time I purchased my package they told me the package was non refundable and explained to me what my package had to offer so that I could keep it. So to make a long story short I kept the package thinking that it would be some use to me later on. They told me I had a certain amount of days to use the package before it expired so I started looking at dates I would like to use package for travel.

Every time I tried to book my reservation they gave me a hard ways to go by saying that I cant book on certain dates because of black outs or wasnt available. As time went on I slowly forgot about purchasing of the package.  I was then contacted by a Best vacation ever represenative on 03/05/2015. They then explained to me that they could offer me other packages and that I could not get my money back. I sent a letter to Mitch Lokken which took me four hours to get because of the jackass quality assurance Kenneth Branch who kept defending his co workers in their wrong doing. I explained to Kenneth Branch that I will be getting my money back from this package legally and he nochalantly said respect. I was so disgusted on how rude he was as a manager that I hung up the phone, I called back after I calmed down and asked to speak to him again.

I started asking for names as I called because they have so many represenatives its ridiculous to keep up who your speaking with because your constantly being transfered from rep to rep to see if the package that they are trying to sale to you meets your needs. I spoke to Kenneth Branch yet again in regards to this matter and yet again with him being nochalant explaining to me what my contract states instead of recognizing where the flaw was and him not compensating me for a mistake his co workers created. I then emailed Mr. Lokken notify him that I will be suing Best Vacations Ever if someone does not respond with in thirty days from the date I sent him the letter. if I do not receive my refund Best Vacation Ever was of the worse experience I have ever had. And would never reffer them to any one else.
