Best Value Getaways Gross misrepresentation of savings the vacation club would provide other Pennsylvania

We went to a vacation club presentation where we were shown supposedly huge vacation savings. We bought the membership after being told we would save hundreds of dollars on vacations.  

We were not able to get into the website until 8 days after we bought the membership to look at the savings. Once we were able to get into the website we realized there were no savings over what we could do ourselves directly. 

We called the customer service number and were unable to reach anyone. We left a message stating we were unhappy and wanted a refund.  We heard nothing from the company, so my wife followed up with a live chat on the website. 

The representative on the live chat made an appointment with a "concierge" to help us find the savings.  We spoke to him and he was unable to provide any savings whatsoever, as a matter of fact we could do better ourselves than he could through this outrageously priced vacation club.

Once we realized there were no savings we again requested a refund.  The "concierge" told us that was not his department but that he would send a request to have someone from corporate get in touch with us.  That has not happened.
