Best Value Getaways Took our money, but, did not deliver their promised services. West Pittsburg Pennsylvania

When we attended the sales presentation, we were told we could speak with a customer service rep  24/7, i.e. if we are driving along and need a motel/hotel room we can just call and get immediate help. When we tried to contact a service rep by phone on Thursday, we discovered that we have to call between the hours of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm ET. When we called on Friday at 9:00 am ET (which was 6:00 am PT) we was told no one was available to help us and that we needed to speak with Joseph. Joseph was not yet in but he was expected in 30 minutes. A message was left with the Receptionist. At 10:30 ET (7:30 PT) we called again to speak with a customer service rep and were told that no one was available. Our number was taken again and we were told someone would return our call. We waited at home for a return call. No one called. We again left a message asking for travel assistance. We called back at the end of the day and were told that this was a busy time for travel and that we had to wait until someone called us back. We are still waiting to hear from someone. We paid for your service for the availability of personal assistance. Nothing we were promised has proved true! 
 
We had many questions about the service and need assistance for an upcoming vacation, i.e. we want a corner suite at a specific hotel in Niagara Falls Ontario. Your site lists the hotel but does not give us enough info to determine if it is a corner suite. We just wanted to discuss options available to us for this hotel. The sales presentation told us that we would have access to a "real person" to speak with. With no one to speak with, why would we invest in your service! We could just as easily call or click on hundreds of web site and get an immediate response! 
 
Your service provides a variety of airline flight information. But because there was no one was available to speak with us and address our questions, we booked directly with the airline's website and discovered that their pricing was $15-$50 cheaper than booking with your service.
 
There have been many misleading statements from the sales team (24/7 contact, savings on air flight prices, a person available to help us locate a hotel if we needed one in a couple of hours when we are on our trip.)  If we can't get help to book our trip, how do we get assistance while we are on our trip? The reason for purchasing the service was to avoid the headache of searching and making our travel arrangements. We were told the service provided personal help.
 
The company has not provided what was presented to us at the time of sale. As a result of the reasons above we are asking for our money back.
