They are absolute liars. I was told they had 4 SUV's by one of the live help operators. After 4 days when I got the money to buy it, they told me the car was sold, because I didn't applied to buy it!!!!They didn't seem to care that they lied, deceived me, wasted my time, etc. This is the lowest of low car dealers. I specifically told them which 4 SUV's I was interested in buying and they didn't kept the car for me. I am also calling the BBB to see if I can express my dissatisfaction with these low lifes. The Sales Manager didn't seem to concerned and said that they have other SUV available, to choose one of those, but I wanted the one they SOLD!!! They were recommended by a guy from work who bought from them and he said they are awesome but they treated me like garbadge.

It is an online service to buy repossessed vehicles. You buy a vehicle and they ship it to you.

I don't know why this poster thinks they should have held any vehicles for him..but this the buying procedure from their website...

STEPS TO FOLLOW when buying a car from our company

1.

Browse our vehicle inventory by viewing a full list of our

in stock vehicles (Cars, Suvs, Trucks and Vans).
2.Use our "Contact" or "Ask a Question" form with any

questions you might have.
3.Send us your request to buy any listed vehicle using the

"Buy This Vehicle Now".
4.Check your email.
      -You

will receive all the details needed to complete the deal

(payment instructions, technical inspection form, delivery

schedule).
5.Follow the payment instruction and complete the payment.
6.We will start the shipping process within 2 business days

after the payment is confirmed.
     -www.BestWayAutoSalesUSA.com will arrange for

transportation to your location.

-The shipping value will be displayed on the "Buy This Vehicle Now" form. It is usualy between US $150 and US $500. The car remains fully insured for damage during the

shipping, buyer inspection process and prior to title transfer.
7.Schedule the delivery with us.

-Depending on the distance

and our shipping schedule it will take up to 5 business days to

receive the car.
8.Inspect the vehicle within 3 business days.

-Have the car inspected by an independent mechanic or arrange an

inspection yourself.
9.Finalize the deal.
     -Complete the

paperwork and the title transfer.

So, you expected them to HOLD a vehicle for you while you "got the money to buy it"?  That's not how it works dear.

They are under NO obligation to hold a vehicle for you, unless you've put some sort of deposit on it.  How are they liars?  If someone told you they had four SUVs, how do you know they didn't?  So they sold the one you wanted - oh well, that's what you get for taking four days to get your money together.  I bet you won't let that happen again, huh?

If this is the only problem you have with car dealers, consider yourself lucky - and know that if you see a car you want, you better buy it or it could be gone.  Car dealers aren't interested in selling YOU a car - they're interested in SELLING a car - to whomever has the money/means to buy it.

You expect a car lot to hold a car for you just because you called on the phone and said you were interested?   For four days?

In the real world, you have to put money down and (usually) sign a purchase contract to hold a car.

What you expected is entirely unreasonable and would not happen at any car lot.
