Complaint Review: Best Western

Best Western InnSuites Hotel & Suites Yuma Castle Dome False Advertising and poor Quality Yuma Arizona .....

On June 6, 2003 I checked in to the Yuma Inn Suites Hotel for my reservation of the Presidential Jacuzzi Suite. When I got there nothing worked. The Jacuzzi was broke and when they told me they would fix it in the morning no one showed up. The Phone was out the whole time I was there, the Refridgerator did not work. The only good thing was leaving. The staff was no help at all. Then I was charged full price for all that I got. Total rip-off. I will never stay with Best Western again since they do not respond to complaints.
